Antoine the location manager went above and beyond to make it happen. The cargovan itself was in great condition and made moving easy. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise.

She was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Kimmy walked me through the contract details, explained the provisions clearly, and even took me outside to personally demonstrate how to use the tommy gate. She made sure I was confident operating the truck, going above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. The entire team at this location are true customer service experts. They make the rental process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Kimmy is outstanding, and thanks to her and the team, this will be my go-to location for truck rentals moving forward. Not to mention I went in to rent a 26ft box truck for my company and was denied because I have an out of state license. That’s UNHEARD OF! I feel like I was racially discriminated against and will be pushing the matter.
