  Í mistakenly reserved a truck on the wrong date. Even the Orange branch did not have a truck for me, they were able to get one at the Santa Fe Springs branch. Very Grateful!!!!!

  The Santa Fe location treated me with kindness and respect. I am disabled and was looking for a cargovan that could accommodate. Antoine the location manager went above and beyond to make it happen. The cargovan itself was in great condition and made moving easy. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise.

  I recently needed a truck rental to move cabin furniture to another home I’m turning into an Airbnb. After comparing rates, Enterprise Truck Rental in Santa Fe Springs offered the best deal, and I’m so glad I chose this location. Not only did they have the best rate, but the customer service was exceptional. When I arrived, I was greeted by Kimmy Nguyen, who delivered next-level, white-glove service. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Kimmy walked me through the contract details, explained the provisions clearly, and even took me outside to personally demonstrate how to use the tommy gate. She made sure I was confident operating the truck, going above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. The entire team at this location are true customer service experts. They make the rental process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Kimmy is outstanding, and thanks to her and the team, this will be my go-to location for truck rentals moving forward. If you need a truck, skip the hassle and come straight here. They’re the best.

  The most unprofessional people and Enterprise I ever dealt with in my life! The people was very rude! Not to mention I went in to rent a 26ft box truck for my company and was denied because I have an out of state license. That’s UNHEARD OF! I feel like I was racially discriminated against and will be pushing the matter.
