  I cant recommend this AutoZone enough! They always have the parts I need on hand and are extremely knowledgable each time I need something. Special shoutout to both Andres G and Israel Q, both of whom are SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Andres patiently assisted me with all my questions pertaining to some issues I was having with my headlights, and Israel was kind enough to take a look while Andres was with another customer. With both of their assistance I was able to complete my repair there and be on my way. I'll be coming back and I recommend you do too!

  Shout out to Andres G. for helping me with a bad battery. I had just returned to recycle oil after working on my car and doing an oil change. As I was leaving the store, I mentioned I might have an issue with my battery. He said, "Let's test it." Sure enough, it was bad, but since it was under warranty, it was replaced, and he got me a new battery. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for keeping me safe on the road.

  Stopped by AutoZone today to grab a few car cleaning items, and I honestly expected better. I asked the cashiers for help — nothing. I even asked a manager (I know he was a manager because he had on the gray shirt), and he flat-out ignored me while standing at the counter doing absolutely nothing but scrolling through his phone. Eventually, an employee named Anthony came out from the back and was the only one who actually offered to help — props to him. Meanwhile, another manager just sat there scanning items and loudly joking from across the store with other employees about being put on the “not for rehire” list. Seriously? That’s what you’re doing while customers are being ignored? It was unprofessional, frustrating, and honestly just disappointing — especially in a store that wasn’t even busy. I was the only customer in there, and still couldn’t get basic help without waiting around. The only reason I’m giving this three stars is because the store was very clean, fully stocked, and I found what I needed — thanks to Anthony. But management really needs to step it up, because this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable.

  Yesterday, my car battery died so my coworker and I stopped by AutoZone to grab some jumper cables. Jason was super friendly and helpful right from the start. We’re not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars but Jason took the time to patiently and clearly explain how to safely jump start a car in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated. Thank you Jason!
