I'm assuming she's either annoyed from all the calls about towed vehicles or perhaps the latter thought, which I won't disclose publicly.
- BVBart VApr 28, 20201.0Had a simple flat tire late at night. Called my AAA # ... an hour after the estimated time... driver shows up... never stops the truck...and keeps on driving. The dispatcher claimed that there was to much damage to my for him to change a tire? ... My car is in excellent shape... Never been in an accident. How could he see any damage from doing a drive by. I sure wish another more reputable tow company would take that AAA contract from Rossi's. Good luck to anyone that uses this company...if you can get them to work!!! If they had negative stars... Rossi's certainty deserves it!!!
