  I’ve been using this location for over 3 years. In the beginning I would not have given more than 3 stars. However in the past year, I haven’t been happier! What a great team…Julio, Jennifer, Hayden, Vance, and now Kaytlin. All go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process, making sure needs are met, they are very flexible, accommodating, professional, and overall bring great energy! I’ve been so happy with their customer service that Ive brought my company’s rental car needs to this location. Outstanding work team, thank you! Always a pleasure coming in!

  Crooks. I rented a small truck on Expedia, they didn’t have the truck so they downgraded it to a small suv. The employees says he will lower my price of the rental. Once we got out after taking my deposit he bump the price of the rental. Told him to cancel and left. Stay away

  Everyone here is super solid. Lots of respect for Julio and the whole team: Vance, Hayden, Keana, Katie, Jenny, Andrew and anyone I’ve missed. It’s not always perfect, but they always do whatever they can to make things as good as possible and with the size of the lot and volume of cars moving through there, I think they do a really good job. Would highly recommend for rentals if you’re in town!!

  The Santa Cruz Enterprise is by FAR the best rental car office I have ever rented from. They have fair & competitive prices, the unlimited mileage is great, and most of all, their customer service is AMAZING. Every single agent I've worked with has been SO friendly and nice, it honestly blows me away a bit haha. I really appreciate how much effort they put into just being kind, friendly, professional human beings :) I go out of my way to rent from this location at this point. I've never had a problem or even much of a wait, and the cars are always pristine and comfortable. One teeny tiny thing you may want to be aware of is that their lot is a bit on the smaller side, so occasionally it can feel a little like that Rush Hour board game getting in and out of the lot, but I've never had any serious issues with it :) Regardless, I highly, highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!

  This is the third time of dealing with Enterprise that it hasn’t worked out. Never received a car all three times. Had reservation at 12:00 on Sunday, December 28, that I booked several days in advance. Got there at 10:30, they close at noon. Already had a lobby full of people being promised cars. They couldn’t guarantee, that I would get a car at 12:00 noon. My car was damaged and not drivable, so I even took the bus to get to Santa Cruz to pick up this rented vehicle, I rented days in advance online. This company doesn’t care, they overbook and make promises that they can’t keep. I knew of another rental place down the road. I walked as fast as I could to Avis on Ocean and was able to rent a car for the same amount of time and money. No reservation. No hassle! I’m not doing anymore business with Enterprise. They don’t care, if you’re left stranded. I went back after getting the car and told people to check out Avis, just down the road from Enterprise on Ocean in Santa Cruz. Way better experience! This location is sad!
