  Steer clear. Technician broke the trim while installation. Though he apologized, he didn't come back to replace the part as he promised. I've put in two service calls since then. They people at the toll-free number are responsive but this particular franchise is not returning my calls or taking responsibility.

  Installer was professional and efficient. Completed the job in the timeframe he said he would. Calibrated the sensors without any issue. Very communicative.

  My car's windshield got a small crack from a rock. I was so anxious because this windshield was just replaced around 4 months ago. I stopped by to get help as soon as possible before the crack gets bigger and I end up with another windshield replacement. Alex patiently and kindly guided me to schedule an appointment and took my car in to fix the crack. The crack was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

  While I was in siting for my vehicle to be done I got to witness the lady at the counter being totally rude to this one guy wanting to get his windshield fixed, I spend two and a half hours waiting for my windshield and the guy couldn’t get his windshield started and one point the lady just got up and walk away when the guy was questioning why, the coworkers were kind enough to continue helping the guy but there’s an obvious awkwardness in the air , I also hear her talk to another possible costumer that walk in about a quote and she told the guy very dry very positive it would be about 2000 dollars without even getting the guys car info , and also on the phone she has a very rude short way of responding. I’m glad the other guy help me instead of her , however I can say that the service was great coming from the tech and the guy that help me in the front desk, if it wasn’t for the way the lady was acting it would’ve been a great experience but she did make me feel bad for the people she was “helping”
