- PPPamApr 22, 20261.0I brought my car in asking about an air filter change, check my serpentine belt, and some services the car said was due, they topped off my oil, which I said I didn’t need, and readjusted my tire pressure, which I also mentioned was not a concern even though the low pressure light is on (spoiler: it’s always on -_-). I don’t think they listened to a single thing I said. At least they didn’t charge.

( I know nothing about cars and she’s always so nice and explains everything) I asked her a question and she told me she would go ask her manager because she did not know the answer to the question (totally okay!) However, when she was standing outside near the window, I saw someone, an older gentlemen who I think is her manager, talk to her in a very mean way. I saw and heard the interaction and it made me so upset for her! It’s already hard for a girl to be working in this type of environment, and for her to get treated like that by this older man was very upsetting to see! Not nice Jiffy Lube!!!
