  Best j lube experience I’ve ever had! All the staff were incredibly professional, as well as thorough and kind. Got there when it was super busy and it still only took about an hour! I’ll definitely keep coming back. Also I’m not sure if I remember his name exactly, but I think it was Andy, and he was great!

  Fast and efficient, they wanted to add a lot of upsells and then didn't follow thru with the tire rotation because they thought my tires were too worn. They were out of power steering fluid and put declined on the review without mentioning it and they didn't check several items that they reported to have checked including break pads and head lights. So their report was not very helpful. Overall the oil change was up to par. I would not go any further with them.

  I pulled into an empty lane (there were actually two unoccupied bays) and was greeted and told that someone would be with me momentarily. A young man came out a few minutes later and asked what service I needed, I asked for an oil change and showed him both my sticker from my prior visit as well as the printed out coupon that had been mailed to me. He was Mable to locate me in their system and set about entering in all my info. He asked if I wanted various additional services which I declined as I had an appointment with my mechanic for regular service. He then told me that because my car was foreign there was an additional up charge and the oil change would be $263+ I said no thank you and left. As I was leaving he said wait let me see if I can get you a discount. I declined. I then called SB Smog to see if they did oil changes as they had done my smog the prior year. They said sure come on in. I paid $198. They are locally owned and very friendly and had all my info and did a stellar job. I would highly recommend SB Smog without hesitation. No upsell, local, trustworthy and they are actual mechanics. I am baffled as to why Jiffy Lube would ask me to rate a service they didn’t even provide but I guess that’s just what you get from a chain store. I have been to the Jiffy Lube on Fairview with a different vehicle and had a great experience. Maybe it’s just this Carrillo location.

  Absolutely No Stars O My experience at the Jiffy Lube in Santa barbara was horrendous. I’ve own my car for a total of 17 years & last week was the first time ever taking my car to Jiffy Lube for services. First time Ever. The day after my services my car overheated and my antifreeze was empty. I took photos of the puddle of antifreeze that was underneath my car the day I woke up after the service is a Jiffy Lube. Returned to the To the same Jiffy Lube three more times that week to show pictures and speak with management on how this could happen.. Never once did The managerapologize or even take responsibility for the disservice or the negligence of the staff there. It seemed as if the whole staff was under the age of 21, With lack of experience in customer service and the lack of experience working with a Honda for a simple oil change.. I owned this car for 17 years never had an issue until the day after I left jiffy Lube in Santa Barbara. I’ll never return to Jiffy Lube ever again And we’ll refer to anyone that needs car support to never go to Jiffy Lube for any car services whatsoever not even for the free water they offer there.

  I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was met by Jake. Jake was extremely approachable, a great communicator, and didn’t try to rope me into anything I didn’t ask for. Overall pleasant experience and happy with my visit. I’ll be coming back.
