Mis-information and omissions and lies from the beginning..Your agent set up an appointment that he said would cost $197, but in fact it was $197 an hour, which ended up being 3 times as much as stated. I taped our conversation, for quality and to refresh my memory... Once the product was installed, it worked for 20 minutes, and then a total failure. Still not functioning. I talked to 3 garages, and they all told what antiquated and faulty equipment you are known to send out. I am a retired attorney, but thinking about spending some time on your scandalous product. . I am due to have my vehicle towed back to the garage that installed the IID and they have indicated that the devise is faulty, as it has happened many times before...I am not very happy with your company!!
