    Initially, when I looked online, the truck was $71, and when I stopped in, the very kind and friendly girl said it was over $90. I mentioned the online price seen, and she kindly suggested booking online and would reserve the truck regardless. When I went to pick up a truck, the guys seemed to wish being anywhere else but there and were bothered to help me. Off-putting to say the least. The vehicle was extremely clean, but the fuel was empty and on reserve with the red light on. Upon returning, a different young man was friendly and efficient, making my experience better. He and that young girl(in hijab) were delightful to deal with and an example by which all others should be measured. Do better, Enterprise. You're big, but the experience will allow me to consider others next time. Oh, when I went online the next day, the price jumped to over $90.00. Disappointing.

    Absolutely horrible. I don’t often feel compelled to leave reviews, but this Entreprise location left me stranded. They decided this location “is temporary closed” on the day that my pickup is scheduled. No advance notification. Left me having to figure out a ride to get to ventura for a pickup. No one on the phone was remotely helpful.

    So thankful to this Enterprise. I didn’t get off work until 530 and their staff was kind enough to help me by staying an extra 5 to 10 minutes in order to help me get a rental car. It is so easy to work with them in conjunction with Caliber Collision and State Farm! Extra shout out to their assistant manager, who was very kind.
