  Monica and Gavin at Valvoline were great today. Monica the manager was super helpful, had a really good sense of humor, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of stressful. Gavin took the time to explain things on my 6.0 diesel and actually seemed like he cared about doing the job right instead of just rushing me through. They replaced my fuel filters and oil, showed me what they were doing, and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb for asking. Overall just really solid customer service and a way better experience than I expected from a quick oil change place.

  Being a night shift nurse, my experience here was super easy and convenient. Technicians were friendly and explained everything they did. They were able to tell me exactly how much tire rotation and transmission fluid cost individually. Answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable. Service was completed by Josh and Juan. They were super awesome and I would definitely be coming back because of their friendliness and professionalism. Thanks for making my oil change quick easy and painless

  I rate 5stars for the good and convenient services by their staff, but for the pricing, here what I got (after Groupon disc): - full synthetic oil : $66 - radiator liquid : $102 - 2 lights : $32 A bit too much for a radiator don’t you think? And the computer suddenly went off until it online again after the service was almost done, so I didn’t get any invoice yet to cross check the details, let’s see after they email me the invoice. Not forget to mention, I asked for 5W30 but they mistakenly put 5W20 but after I explained the staff replaced it with the right one. Very good respond on this 🙏👍🏻 but I prefer if they could done it right since the first place

  Juan and Gavin helped me with my service today, and both were very kind and thorough in checking out my vehicle. They were very patient with my questions and gave me suggestions for service without making me feel pressured. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location to anyone else with a busy schedule! Tip: I usually check the valvoline website for coupons that make the price more reasonable.

  Was my first time here , never went to Valvoline before , first time. TBH was an amazing experience! Everything was looked at ,in detail , everything was asked about , and if I was okay with the service. I was not left unaware of anything. The customer service is amazing ! And they definitely take care of you and your car ! I will be coming back from now on ! Thank you to Jessica and Amanda For helping me and showing GIRL POWER THE MECHANICAL FIELD
