The van was overall very good, and in economy mode got decent gas mileage. Service was great!

Absolutely unacceptable. 0 stars if that were an option. This location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. Instead of doing their jobs, they chose to power-trip and escalate a situation that never should have existed. My friend accompanied me to the location only because I didn’t want to drive there. He was not renting the vehicle, not listed as a driver, not paying, and not involved in the rental in any way. Despite this, employees demanded his driver’s license for no legitimate reason. When they found out he was on a “do not rent” list, they refused to rent the car to me, even though I was the sole renter and driver. I clearly explained that I was traveling to Dallas, Texas, and my friend was staying in Los Angeles. That information was ignored. Their reasoning was illogical, unjustified, and completely disconnected from any standard rental policy. This was not policy enforcement, it was laziness and poor judgment. These employees should not be working with customers. Their behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and embarrassing for the company. I wasted my time for absolutely nothing. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst customer service of any location I’ve rented with. The manager Erick is absolutely full of himself and talks down to everyone. He puts on a fake smile and acts like he’s trying to help you but in reality talks so much crap about everyone, just so judgmental. Him and Ian absolute fakest people I’ve ever met. Worst managers ever!
