  They took great care of me here. Told me about all the discounts that I qualify for, which I didn't even know. Service was top notch. Leah O'Campo was absolutely superb. Showed all my options, and was never pushy to make a sale. I felt comfortable the whole time. She was extremely knowledgeable, and very kind. Took extra time to explain the technology of the car. I purchased the car that day, and they were able to give me the best price. It was all very quick. I will definitely buy my next car here.

  My fiancée and I just purchased a Volvo XC90 from Sam Kim. I have transacted many car deals over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like this. From the moment I inquired, Sam was tentative and transparent. One of the only few that actually replied to me right away and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Stepping into the dealership to finalize the deal was when I was really blown away. Besides the dealership being state of the art, and all of their beautiful vehicles surrounding it, their customer service was far beyond my expectations. Customers really do notice everything, and the treatment that we received by their staff tipped the scale for me. Their hospitality and gratitude was truly unmatched. Everyone had a smile on their face, and we really felt like everyone had our best interests at heart. Purchasing at VCOC was well worth the traffic back and forth to get there, and I am confident that anyone I refer to Sam and the team will feel the same way I did. That’s how car buying should be.   I gave this dealership one more chance and bought one more car from them. I'm not sure what's wrong with the dealership or what's wrong with people who work there. But they do not have enough rental cars. They're not capable of taking care of your car once they sell it to you. They're not even simply capable of getting your car working right way. I bought my second car from them. A few months ago, and I'm having problems left and right. And at this point, my car will not start. And they're not capable of towing my car to the dealership to fix. So if you're thinking of buying Volvo I would think again and I would go with a different type of car. Because this would be my last Volvo car. Because I cannot mentally physically or spiritually handle how terribly the service is and capability of this dealership is just terrible.
