- SSScott SackinDec 18, 20255.0First of all I know car dealers tend to get a bad rap. My recent experience is 180° from what most people think regarding a car leasing/purchasing process. From my first contact with internet manager Sam to subsequent discussions about which vehicle would be best for me, to the negotiations of the best lease program for me, to the actual signing, the experience was painless, professional and courteous. The process evolved over 3 days and Sam was extremely timely and efficient responding to all texts and questions. As a real estate salesperson, I negotiate for a living and was prepared for the worst. I could not have have been surprised at how transparent and forthright everything was. I had some definite ideas on what I wanted with regards to money factor and pricing. Sam brought in his manager Ali, and the three of us put our heads together and came up with the plan that worked best for me. When I was signing the lease with finance manager Jeff, I had a couple more questions that arose. He actually made some more adjustments in my favor before I signed on the dotted line. This is my second experience with this dealership in the last 10 years. I'm glad I came back here and to Volvo after considering some other car makes. I'm also impressed with the program they have that at 30 months into my 36-month lease, they will pay off the last 6 months of the lease and I can get into a new car. I come out of 6 years of electric vehicles and chose the "mild hybrid V6" all-wheel drive wagon this time around, as I wanted to go with a station wagon style, not an SUV. I will most likely return to an EV as that market evolves for Volvo; so that early turn-in option is very attractive. The physical building is modern, spacious and at all times I felt like a very valued and important customer. I hope this review helps others streamline their car acquisition process. This dealership is worth driving the distance to.

The dealership forces you to use a private business to register your car in your home state. The process is inconvenient and takes months. Meanwhile you have no legal car registration while they take their time processing your paperwork. Total scam. Volvo should not force customers to use this ATC company to register out of state vehicle if the company cannot complete the process before your home state's temporary registration expires. To add insult to injury, they charge very high prices to use and inconvenient service.
