My parents also go to that car wash and have had a bad experience going there and even more so when they tried canceling their membership, they gave them a hard time and didn't even let them get a last car wash even though the membership was already charged. I wouldn't recommend this car wash. There are better self car washes out there if you're willing to drive a little further

I accepted it and the following month they charged $40 to my card. When I called the corporate office, they stated they don't do refunds. That's not it, every time I took my car for a wash, it will be dusty after it. I won't recommend this car wash at all.

I’ve the premium membership (not sure exactly what it is though) but it’s including the tire shine. After the wash my rims are like dirty as hell with the brake dust being wetted. Hope management here could take a closer look to the systems. I like you guys and hope that you could maintain the quality
