  I've tried three times on varies locations and dates to rent a Range Rover and or BMW X7 and yet to have it happen. Never in inventory and switched to a lesser vehicle which is frustrating.

  Kids from OC working the regular car rental counter have no idea how to service and work with your clients who are going to rent from the exotic car collection The manager greeted me with a fist pump and referred me to the waiting area to get my exotic rental, Calle my shuttle and went on to chat about whatever with the girls coworker and stopped paying attention to customers, 15 minutes still no shuttle to pick up my exotic rental, I ask, he insures he's coming, I patiently wait and look at the cool cars you have waiting And waiting and inquire again That manager is ripping off your business, and not taking care of your customers, I ordered a car to pick me up from your rental counter to go to your exotic offsite Probably wanna check on Chad
