    Very poor customer service. You could tell they know nothing about their inventory. They didn't even attempt to figure it out they just answered with "I don't know"

    Very disappointed with the company , I recently had an accident on september 10th and at first they act like they was gonna help.Yeah they gave me 2 workers comps, check and then they stop it. It's been almost more than 45 days without pay, and I call Steven Castro and he's always busy as a matter of fact, I just call him to ask him. About my insurance , and he couldn't help me. He gave me the hope store address.What's the deal people

    The new hire girl gave my dad the incorrect oil, oil filter and air filter after he had corrected her. When he went to return, they wouldn’t take the items back because they weren’t in “good condition”. The air filter was not used, it didn’t even fit in my car. My dad was upset with them. The girl raised her voice at him and another worker named Frank butted in and as I was on the phone with the girl giving her my car details, Frank threatens to break my dads phone. Terrible customer service. They could have escorted my dad out in a more professional manner, not threaten to break his phone.
