  If this is the location. On Main and St. Andrews. You get a one star ⭐️ and that’s generous. I wanted to purchase a car battery for my Honda-HRV and I asked if they can installed it. Employee said not today, so I said ok no battery from here. I ended up going to Oreilley in Irvine (where I live) and I purchased a car battery and employee installed it with no hesitation. Gotta love Irvine customer service. Santa Ana had the same amount of employees as Irvine, same traffic, and Santa Ana Autozone seemed like it will take too much time. Bad customer service.

  I going to be straight out. Parking is at back of the store with no back entrance. Several tenants. Only entrance to The AutoZone is around the building in front. Who ever did the planning of this AutoZone did not have safety for the customers in mind. Oh yea one more thing. If your looking for party goods they got you covered. Its a one stop shop, need oil ? party goods ? if you need a date ? You are good to go...... ladies if yku dont have your CCW Its easy. Protect yourselfs at all cost. Put the phone away. Always be aware of your surroundings. Get in your car lock doors & get the hell out of there. Someone tries to comfort you to ask question, keep going your not 411. Be alert the world we live in , you have one choice. Is it going to be you or him ? I know my answer........ sorry no photos of The AutoZone back parking lot. I got the hell out of there.. lol

  Normally I will give you guys a five-star rating ,but not this time. I always go to AutoZone and purchase several stuff. I always take my battery to get charged but this time I took my battery and they told me that they couldn't charge my battery because of company policy. Just because it had a sticker of 3 months before that I had taken it. I don't know if there's such a policy but that sucks.

  No matter where you are. When you walk into a AutoZone its the same great store and great service. East coast west coast, I have been to both in the past month. Parts purchased repairs done. Me time.
