  I went into AutoZone on September 25, 2025 to buy a battery. one of their employees Mr. Juan helped me pick out a car battery and actually came outside and helped me install the battery in my car. No hesitation. No fuss. Just pure kindness and professionalism. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable AutoZone corporate if you’re reading this please recognize this man, he is the kind of employee every business wishes they had. Please recognize him—give him a raise, a trophy, a VIP parking spot… something. Because of him, what could have been a stressful situation turned into an easy, even enjoyable experience. 10/10 service. Juan is a legend.

  The waiting line on this shop is horrible I've had a really bad experience trying to order parts for a customer, stayed more than an hour on waiting line trying to talk to someone, when someone finally attended me, I asked to talk to the comercial area, stayed another half an hour waiting, do not recommend calling this shop if you don't have time to spare
