- JZJenny ZMay 19, 20245.0I went to Jae's garage earlier this week for jerky accelerating at low speed, my guess was i need to change spark plugs, which turned out not to be the problem, instead Justin diagnosed that a tore-up valve diaphragm might be the culprit. He did the work, fast and at reasonable rate. I waited a few days to test it in a traffic jam and knock on wood, I think the problem is fixed! Justin is professional and courteous, he even threw in a freebie (fixed a broken running light without my asking). I am really happy to have an honest, competent and reasonably priced auto mechanic to go to, hope Jae's will stay around for a long time!

Highly recommend! ____ Justin is the owner/operator. He's super friendly, easy to work with and operates an honest business. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and felt like the fuel pump was going out in the truck. I took it to JAE's Garage to get it diagnosed and worked on. He tested it thoroughly and could not find an issue and told me to take it back. I took the truck back home and after a week noticed the issue. I called Justin and told him it came back and sent him a video. He was very transparent and explained to me that he did not want to charge me for a service he could not verify. Kept the truck for a few days and tested at cold start (when I saw the problem most)... I ended up telling him I was ok with paying even though he could not replicate the issue. (which did solve my problem).. but I like to see that he was thorough and honest. He didn't just take the money and do the work anyway. I ended up taking a few other cars to him for service. Oil change on an Lexus ISF, Honda Pilot, a couple of 240sx's and he did a major service on a Toyota Sienna. He does both small job as well as major services and I've had no issues. Prices are reasonable and do not feel excessive. Highly recommended.

Justin first took care of some minor lubrication work for me, but then took on a major job, replacing Suspension Shocks and the strut Assembly on my older Nissan Xterra for me, did a great job at very reasonable price. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly! He's done another job for me since then and I am very happy with his service reasonable pricing. He was also trained as a prestige car repairman. JUST Ask!
