  Brought my car in for an alignment and was very happy with the experience. Justin took the time to listen to my issue and what I was hoping to address on the repair. He got the car done on time and I received a text update was a nice perk. He was friendly and honest throughout the process. We reviewed the specs after and I was happy with the Final results I already know I’ll back and asked for a quote for my next planned service.

  TL:DR Very trustworthy shop that does good and honest work. Good work and easy shop to work with! Very fair pricing with reasonable rates. Highly recommend! ____ Justin is the owner/operator. He's super friendly, easy to work with and operates an honest business. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and felt like the fuel pump was going out in the truck. I took it to JAE's Garage to get it diagnosed and worked on. He tested it thoroughly and could not find an issue and told me to take it back. I took the truck back home and after a week noticed the issue. I called Justin and told him it came back and sent him a video. He was very transparent and explained to me that he did not want to charge me for a service he could not verify. Kept the truck for a few days and tested at cold start (when I saw the problem most)... I ended up telling him I was ok with paying even though he could not replicate the issue. (which did solve my problem).. but I like to see that he was thorough and honest. He didn't just take the money and do the work anyway. I ended up taking a few other cars to him for service. Oil change on an Lexus ISF, Honda Pilot, a couple of 240sx's and he did a major service on a Toyota Sienna. He does both small job as well as major services and I've had no issues. Prices are reasonable and do not feel excessive. Highly recommended.

  I’ve always left any auto repair shop pretty dissatisfied, but I think I’ve found my new spot! I love that Jae’s garage is quick and thorough. If you need any auto repair work this is the place to go, prices are fair and Justin is super reliable and honest about what needs to be done.

  Called a few "Auto Repair" shops around San Ramon to get a part replaced, and glad I found Jae's Garage! Saved me time and money. He had a quicker turn and better pricing than the first couple places and was super communicative, quick to get back to us. Looking forward to doing any future car work here. Lot less stressful.

  Justin Chen, who owns the shop took over Advanced Auto when Daniel Cach moved back East. Justin first took care of some minor lubrication work for me, but then took on a major job, replacing Suspension Shocks and the strut Assembly on my older Nissan Xterra for me, did a great job at very reasonable price. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly! He's done another job for me since then and I am very happy with his service reasonable pricing. He was also trained as a prestige car repairman. JUST Ask!
