I was renting a car while my own vehicle was in the shop, and the entire process was the model of efficiency. No pressure, no awkward insurance upselling, no time-wasting — just quick, professional service. What really impressed me was what happened when my car repair finished earlier than expected. I was technically a couple of hours into the second rental day when the shop called and said my car was ready. I called Enterprise to ask whether I'd be charged for the full second day. Without hesitation, they told me to bring it in — and didn't charge me for the second day at all, even though I was already into it. No hassle, no fine print. They also drove me to pick up my own car, which was very appreciated. The SUV I was given was in excellent condition — clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Beau, who handled everything smoothly and made sure I was taken care of. Friendly, upfront, efficient, and genuinely looking out for the customer. Really impressed.
