I’ve rented cars from many different agencies and companies but the crew they have working at Enterprise on Medway is hands down second to none. Amber, Phoenix, Alyssa, Luka, Jay, Edgar. These are the people you want helping not only because of their amazing customer service but because each employee brings different assets to the table. I remember all of these names because of their exceptional insight, amazing recommendations and overall great customer service. I’m truly thankful to have Enterprise on Medway in San Rafael, Ca.

They mislead you in to coming in and you will end up with the only junky car on the lot . And then good luck in getting a drop off expedited. You have to wait in line rather than the normal Drop off . Just an awful place to rent a car. Go somewhere else if you can do it .
