I reached out and received a quick response from the salesperson Tex, who was very nice and helpful. I met with Tex who took me to the vehicle then introduced me to another salesperson named Jared. Jared was amazing! He was personable, extremely knowledgeable about cars, he made me feel really comfortable, he had amazing energy, he was really honest about buying cars and answered all my questions and concerns. Jared made my buying process fun, easy and smooth. Tex was also extremely helpful when it came to showing me options with extended warranties and was also willing to provide a discount on the price of the warranty. 10 out of 10, I would recommend buying and new or used vehicle from Volvo Cars Marin. It was a wonderful experience.

Misha is a wonderful salesperson trying to make a deal with us for used vehicle from yesterday as we as a family went there to check the car and test drive it and we all know it’s a used vehicle so it comes with some wear and tear but having dog bites on back door panels is not so common. As we negiotiate from feb 11 to next morning the deal has come to an end with all pros and cons as agreed verbally but no contract was sent until last minute when I called. I got to know Angela from management gave the keys to other buy which is normal but dealing with one and doing business with other that is not so common. So it was kind a last minute denial to a customer which is not okay. Dealership wants more out of greed and so called profits. Such a shame Volvo Marin. I hope you do better in terms of customer service. Thank you! I just got to know the car is sold. Congratulations on selling as it is.
