The team made the rental exchange seamless, and Ihab in particular was exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient in resolving the situation quickly.

Pickup and drop off is fast and easy. The staff there is welcoming, super friendly and professional which makes the whole process feel seamless. Ihab is a great guy - patient polite and confident in his delivery and truly understands the assignment!

I ended up going to another car rental company down the street. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. Edit: They do not help you at all. They just write comments saying please let us know. No one actually provides a resolution or refund. They just write comments saying we’re happy to hear from you and discuss with our team. Their team is apparently completely remote in another country and individual. Branches are run by teenage adults who have no ability to make decisions.
