  Amazing service. I had to extend my rental last minute and they helped me right away, super efficient and clear. They even got me a better rate. The manager was very professional and made the experience easy from start to finish. I recommend this location!

  Most inefficient car company to ever rent from. When you cancel ahead they have a $200 fee on Expedia. What a rip off. I ended up going to another car rental company down the street. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. Edit: They do not help you at all. They just write comments saying please let us know. No one actually provides a resolution or refund. They just write comments saying we’re happy to hear from you and discuss with our team. Their team is apparently completely remote in another country and individual. Branches are run by teenage adults who have no ability to make decisions.

  One of the worst rental car services all around. They have 1 person working the building who doesn’t even come to the front desk for 10-15 minutes. They require more personal information than stated on their website and create their own business practices seperate from the SIXT team. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a car here. Enterprise and hertz all day over this. After reviewing they require more information than their website legally lists is required they told me no manager works onsite and they refuse to answer or talk on the phone to their company’s customer service team. I asked to talk to the manager and the woman who clearly hates her job at the front desk as no one constantly is up there said no they won’t talk and aren’t working. They’re most likely skimming peoples documents and stealing money from customers. Beware.

  The SIXT Team in San Rafael, California, provided excellent customer service for me today. I made errors in my rental car reservations but the staff was very cordial end helpful. They helped resolve the challenges I had to rent a vehicle from them. They were courteous, friendly and very professional and genuine. Nothing seemed artificial or forced for the sake of looking like good customer service. They were the real deal and it showed. They explained things clearly and didn't seem to mind my many questions. Additionally, they were able to upgrade my vehicle at an attractive, so I accepted. Thank you, San Rafael, California SIXT Team!
