- STSixto TurciosDec 28, 20251.0Bad and extremely unprofessional service. During the windshield replacement, they damaged my dashcam wiring by carelessly removing it. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. They failed to properly tighten the driver-side wiper. The very first time I used the wipers (in the middle of a storm while driving on the FREEWAY) the wiper came loose and went out of control. I nearly crashed. I had to pull over onto the emergency lane with no tools, in dangerous conditions, just to try to tighten it enough to keep driving. Because of their negligence, my nearly new wipers were ruined, and the loose arm almost damaged the brand-new windshield they had just installed. This was a serious safety hazard, not a minor mistake. I will never return to this place and strongly warn friends and family to stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would.

He did great work, but he told me that if I purchased new wipers during the repair, they would come with a lifetime replacement, and I could just stop into any Safelite and they would replace them for me. Well, stopped into the Safelite in San Rafael and they told me they've never heard of that. Guess that's my fault for not having it in writing?!?!
