The first appointment: they ordered the wrong windshield. Even though they had my Vin. Second appointment they have the correct glass on order, but then they broke it in the truck . Third appointment they now figure out that they can't calibrate the camera on this vehicle. They also somehow managed to bungle my insurance claim, filing it under the wrong account an agency that has a similar name, but not the correct one. So I spent hours on the phone fixing that too. Only come to find that they can't fix the windshield anyway. So after three round trips to the worst part of San Rafael, my windshield is still broken. Do not use this Safelite.

- STSixto TurciosDec 28, 20251.0Bad and extremely unprofessional service. During the windshield replacement, they damaged my dashcam wiring by carelessly removing it. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. They failed to properly tighten the driver-side wiper. The very first time I used the wipers (in the middle of a storm while driving on the FREEWAY) the wiper came loose and went out of control. I nearly crashed. I had to pull over onto the emergency lane with no tools, in dangerous conditions, just to try to tighten it enough to keep driving. Because of their negligence, my nearly new wipers were ruined, and the loose arm almost damaged the brand-new windshield they had just installed. This was a serious safety hazard, not a minor mistake. I will never return to this place and strongly warn friends and family to stay away. If I could give zero stars, I would.
