  We are a local Marin County family new to boating and recently purchased a Boston Whaler and in search of a safe and user-friendly boat launch. We are stoked on the Safe Harbor Loch Lomond facilities, marina staff, amenities, and overall experience. Staff went above-and-beyond in helping ensure our first boating adventures were fun and educational as well. Port-o-potties are immaculate, nearby Andy's Market has great grab-and-go lunch options for a day on the water – even the passers by were kind and courteous as we've managed to meet many friendly people during our launches there. The marina itself is clean, convenient, and just feels safe overall – a huge plus for new boaters. Port-o-potties are kept immaculate with hoses for wash-downs available right near the dock as well as a nearby bait station and fish cleaning station. Everyone we have met at this marina has been very welcoming to us with first-class hospitality and customer service. We liked it so much that we purchased and annual pass and will be returning for more boating on the SF Bay. Some big pluses include the clutter-free parking area, great customer service, clean facilities, and the feeling like we are appreciated as guests here.
