  I would like to start off by stating that the accident I was involved in happened on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. Not only did Mike and his team give me all the support and all the help that I could have asked for, but they also worked efficiently and quickly, and gave me all the updates that I needed and all the reassurance that I needed throughout this process. Being that this was my first ever accident I was completely freaked out and did not know what to do next, and Mike held my hand through the entire process and was one of the best people I could’ve worked with! So believe me if you’re ever in need of any body shop services Barsotti’s is the way to go! I am someone who values their time because I am super busy in my personal life so having a team that understands that and works with you and for you is key to not being even more stressed out during a time like this. Barsotti’s is. 100000/10 for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is A new customer of Barsottis. I recommend this shop the repair looks great my only complaint is that they were quicker than expected. I need my rental through the holidays.

  My 2014 Range Rover was repaired and it looks fantastic. I was kept informed and I loved working with Brandy and Daniell both were professional and helpful. My insurance company was not straightforward in the process so Brandy cleared up the hiccups that I experienced. I recommended this shop to my girlfriend.

  My experience at this auto body shop was unfortunately overshadowed by consistently poor customer service from Brandi. From the beginning, her demeanor was unwelcoming — no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make the process smoother. It genuinely felt as though she disliked her job, and customer service did not seem to be her strong suit. When my vehicle had to be brought back in for a warranty repair because the bumper was painted a noticeably different color (my car is black, and the bumper was painted a dark gray), the interaction became even more disappointing. Instead of offering assistance with transportation during the warranty repair — which most reputable shops normally provide — Brandi told us to “call the insurance to see if they can approve more rental days.” Anyone familiar with the process knows that insurance doesn’t cover rental extensions for warranty work, so this felt dismissive and unhelpful. When the vehicle was finally ready, Brandi did not acknowledge me, get up from her desk, or offer any basic courtesy such as thanking me for my business. Another staff member handed me my keys while she remained seated with no engagement whatsoever. Overall, the repair work itself may have been acceptable, but the entire experience was made unpleasant because of Brandi’s lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service. This shop could greatly improve by placing individuals in roles that align better with their strengths — because customer service requires patience, courtesy, and willingness to help, none of which were demonstrated here. I’m only leaving a 3/5 review because of Brandi.

  By far the most incredible experience I have had with a body shop. Recently got into an accident and needed a great Land Rover certified shop to fix the car. Worked with Mike who over delivered on all of my expectations. While I hope to not be back, if I ever need body work they will be my first call. Give these guys a call and do it right the first time
