  I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store UNLESS you know the part numbers and then I probably still wouldn’t come here. The employees here are air heads and have no knowledge of any product they sell. I went in looking for a tool I asked for a “T45 bit” and they asked me what was the year make and model of the car? Other time I came to the store at 745-750 and the door is locked and I’m standing at the door waiting for them to finish a conversation before opening the door no respect for customers time. Mind you it says they’re open at 730. Then another time I came in and the worker is speaking to me in Spanish I tell him I don’t understand anything you are saying while the other worker that was speaking English just stood on the side chuckling.

  I came to this AutoZone to replace a battery that was still under warranty. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept telling me it wasn’t her problem, and her attitude made the whole situation much harder than it needed to be.
