  Huge shout out thanks to this team in San Pedro! They gave us amazing customer service from the moment we dropped off our car on April 10th, went on a cruise, came back, and picked up another car on April 15th. They were just incredible and made the process very easy. That really helped going into our six-hour drive from Southern California back to Northern California. It's rare to find good customer service these days, so it was really refreshing to meet a team that provided world-class customer service. Thank you Again 😁

  All the customers service representatives at the San Pedro location where I picked up my rental were amazing! They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed my experience there and would definitely recommend getting a rental with Enterprise. Despite not having a reservation, I was assisted promptly and efficiently and found myself out the door within 15 minutes.

  We needed a last-minute rental after the company we originally reserved with didn’t actually have any cars available, even though their website showed multiple options. The manager at Enterprise was incredibly accommodating and stepped in to help right away. Within minutes, we had a car and were on our way. Excellent customer service when we really needed it!

  We reserved a car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Pedro to pick up after our cruise, and unfortunately the experience was not great. Even though we made the reservation a couple of days in advance, we had to wait about two hours to get a vehicle because they did not have enough cars available. There was a huge line of cruise passengers waiting, and you would think they would anticipate this and be better prepared, but that did not seem to be the case. A lot of people were understandably upset. That said, the gentleman at the front desk did the best he could. It was clearly out of his control, and he remained calm and polite despite the frustration around him. We do appreciate that. They ended up upgrading us to a larger vehicle since that was what they had available, which worked out well for us. Overall, the staff handled it professionally, but the lack of preparation made for a very long and frustrating wait.
