- LLLaloFeb 15, 20263.0We reserved a car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Pedro to pick up after our cruise, and unfortunately the experience was not great. Even though we made the reservation a couple of days in advance, we had to wait about two hours to get a vehicle because they did not have enough cars available. There was a huge line of cruise passengers waiting, and you would think they would anticipate this and be better prepared, but that did not seem to be the case. A lot of people were understandably upset. That said, the gentleman at the front desk did the best he could. It was clearly out of his control, and he remained calm and polite despite the frustration around him. We do appreciate that. They ended up upgrading us to a larger vehicle since that was what they had available, which worked out well for us. Overall, the staff handled it professionally, but the lack of preparation made for a very long and frustrating wait.
