I purchased the Gold package, but my car was still dirty afterward. The display screen was not wiped down, and the interior was not vacuumed thoroughly. I expected a more detailed result for the level of service I paid and tipped for.

After waiting 45 minutes, I found my car's hood still covered in dirt. When I returned to address it with them I was told I needed to spend an additional $150 for a clay detailing. This is unacceptable! I ended up cleaning it myself at home with a rag amd elbow grease. This place is a rip-off, and I will never return or recommend it. Avoid at all costs!"
