The rest are very lack of professionalism, constantly putting customer on hold forever or dropping customers calls for no reason. Need to be retrained or the trust will be lost for good from us 🙃

The car was clean and we were lucky to get awd as that’s what was available. The car did well during through redwoods and other coastal roads. The weekly rate was competitive which made us consider it for our next trip. Staff was friendly and informative.
