I often shop at this store because of the well-stocked inventory and customer service is consistently outstanding. This morning (11/09/2026), Jeffery went 'above & beyond' with helping me select the correct oil and filter for my truck. Then, in the afternoon, he helped me dispose of the used oil, install two windshield wipers (the old ones were extremely difficult to remove), and finished up by running a diagnostic test on my truck's battery, starter, and alternator. I am sincerely appreciative of Jeffery's efforts today and it’s because of employees like him that I will continue to buy from Auto Zone in San Mateo, CA on El Camino Real. Thank you!

Huge kudos for his patience and dedication — he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly.
