    Called in advance to see if they had the right propane water heater for my 5th wheel, was transferred to "parts" where the phone rang for about 7 minutes till I hung up and dialed again. Second time a woman answered, I described what kind of heater I needed and she seemed to not understand anything about trailers. She took my name and number and said once the parts guy was back he would give me a call. I never received one. We took the hour and a half trip to Camping World to see what they had, as I never received a call back. It is basically a Walmart Camping Store. They had one electric water heater. One. When I asked what the employee knew about water heaters he told me he didn't know anything.... the store comprised of mostly cups, shirts, hats and whatnot. Counted 5 employees walking about, two behind the counter, not a single one asked if we needed help finding anything, or seemed to care at all. Complete disappointment. If you plan on coming here, call in advance and try to get ahold of someone who knows the difference between an electric hot water heater and a propane one, then maybe they might have an actual part you need. Otherwise they have great cute little appliances, and lots of "Happy Camper" floor mats and t-shirts. We were not happy campers.
