- DADale AndersonApr 4, 20261.0Needed to move some big boxes on Saturday morning so I went on their website and reserved an SUV to be picked up at 10:00 AM and received a confirmation number. Friday night I received a message I could save time by "Checking In" with credit card et al. So I checked in to pay for the rental and save time. Again received confirmation of check in. Saturday morning at 9:55 I received a call saying "Sorry, we don't have any vehicle for you." Totally screwed up my plans and made it impossible to find a replacement vehicle. What is the point of reserving a vehicle?? Very poor customer service!!

However, when I arrived at the location, they told me there were no cars available at all. I spoke with the manager, and he simply said they had no vehicles for the day, without offering any solution or alternative, even though my booking was confirmed. This is very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If there are no cars available, why confirm reservations in the first place? Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place, especially if you have important plans.
