  So after being a loyal customer of this facility for 7+ years I have decided to no longer give this specific location my business any longer. For years this location was based on genuine customer service & in return they received my loyalty as a regular customer. Chris the new manager doesn't care if your a long term customer and makes it abundantly clear that he cares more about gauging the customer then loyalty. Just today Chris had his employee Cole change a reservation that was provided to me by a different Penske location and increased my truck rental rate & mileage, although a different location provided me with a lower truck rate and mileage. Prior to Chris being the manager this location was a joy to rent from. Based on my experience today, I will no longer be using this location because of Chris the manager and his employee Cole. If your looking for a high level of customer service this is not the location you want to rent from.

Prospective renters are encouraged to compare pricing and terms carefully to avoid unnecessary expenses.

  What a great experience. Rich and the other people were great. Wosh I knew all of their names. This must be a grrat company to work for because they were all happy. I rented a 26 or 27 foot truck. It was huge, but turned out to be very easy to drive. The driver’s seat has a pneumatic set of springs. I cannot recommend this business enough. Skip Coomber.
