We had a recent rental reservation at the San Marcos location and were so incredibly pleased with their sales team, Sean, Cassy, & Luke went completely above and beyond to help get us in the right vehicle ahead of our reservation time in a total time-crunch. We were pressed and stressed as business owners to service OUR clients with an unexpected car repair and they delivered quick service with “can-do” smiles. They closely communicated with me via phone and they genuinely cared about assisting with my tight timetable that day. We appreciated so much Cassy’s sincerity and swift options for us on a very busy day for the team. Sean was super kind, solution-oriented and didn’t hesitate to make sure we were taken care of. Luke was all-around awesome, expeditious, and genuinely super happy to help. No shade to our other frequented locations that are always great, but Enterprise San Marcos stood out enough to write a 5-star review as we had a top-notch experience and will definitely return for business at this location!
