  As soon as I stepped foot through the door, a nice older man greeted and assisted me rite away, loved how quick and easy he made it. was apprehensive to go in cus I don't kno much about vehicles but luckily the customer service representative made it easy and better yet quick! extremely happy customer 😊 here

  Luis great job you really helped me out. It’s times like this when you remember that customer service is everything. There’s no way I could have gotten the part just shipped out and just did it all myself… Luis stuck with me all the way from finding the right part, to making sure it was installed on my car and everything was working… there were a few round trips just to make sure but it’s clear he had a genuine interest and care. Thank you Auto Zone! For hiring great team members to rep your company, and support the experience. 👊

  My car battery died after dark and I was stranded. I was able to jump my car and make it over to AutoZone, where I had a great experience. Dominick was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by helping me install the new battery and making sure I was good to go. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Dominick truly made a stressful situation easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location, ask for Dominick!

  Shout out to Kraig at San Marcos Autozone who went above and beyond when replacing my car battery. He worked tirelessly and was so kind. Truly exceptional service.
