They are very professional and polite and I couldn't recommend them enough. I just want to give a shout out to the manager Jean and a shout out to Jay for the awesome and exemplary service for my vehicle as well as everyone's hard work and amazing service they provide daily. They really go above and beyond and I appreciate them for going the extra mile and great customer service. She did underquote me for a service that I ended up declining because it was more than my shop had quoted me. When she relayed that I had declined the service to the techs, one of the men came into the office and berated her saying she needed to be more prepared and professional, in front of me and another customer in the lobby, disgusting behavior. The same man then came and proceeded to explain how brakes work to me and that I don't actually need them done (I have quite a bit of automotive experience so this was quite annoying). When I argued with him that I did need them done, he backtracked saying that the rotors did need to be machined, which is why I asked for them to be done in the first place smh. I honestly never enjoy coming here but unfortunately they're very fast and usually have coupons so I do drop in every now and then. After today I certainly won't be back and I hope Kaylea finds a place to work where she's appreciated.
