    I initially received a vehicle that was overdue for service so I had to return it after a couple of days. My second vehicle was on Empty so I had to get straight to a gas station. After getting paid $1500 for a month long rental, Enterprise charged me an extra $50 two weeks later without any invoice or explanation. My rental was through the 24th, so the return date was Christmas but since they were closed on Christmas, I returned it the next morning. I informed them that I tried to return it Christmas morning and tried calling but no answer so i Brought it back the next morning. They told me that i should have known that i could return it to another location and that they had an after hours drop box. I told them that I was not informed about either of those things or aware that any other locations were open on Christmas and that after getting paid for a month they should waive Christmas day because of the issues I had and because nothing had been communicated to me from Enterprise for the entire month I had the vehicle. Bad Customer service for $50... Talk about Scrooge. Update: I contacted their Customer Service as instructed twice and I was informed twice that my complaint would be escalated to an area manager; and I still have not been contacted by anyone to resolve this I did finally receive my first communication from them, in the form an email from their collection department.
