    Stopped in to get a cabin filter, but what I got was actual customer service. Great shop of guys, ask to speak to Mike the manager and say hi. This store loves it's relationships with its customers and keeping them coming back.

    Came in to get my battery tested, was told to wait outside but after 20 minutes it became apparent he forgot about me. When I went back inside he made a dismissive comment to a coworker that they needed to “test his battery just to tell him it’s dead and need a new one” (referring to me). Ended up getting help from the coworker instead, who was more helpful and recommended I go to O’Reilly since they have better battery testers. I took his advice, and the experience at O’Reilly was much, much better. Would not return to Autozone unfortunately.

    Thank you, autozone, for the free engine light testing. It had cost me a hundred and eighty five dollars at the chevy dealer to check the the engine light and autozone did it for free. For fifteen dollars, I was able to purchase the necessary injector cleaners that I needed.Thank you again.

    alonso helped me put on my front bumper that had unclipped & referred me from the local dealership to help me find clips for my cars front bumper that were budget friendly at autozone. thank you for the help again

    I needed to replace the alternator on my 04 Toyota and Michael helped me get the part quickly and talked through some options with me. It was easy enough for me to install myself! Got a great deal on the part too under warranty with AutoZone and Christian helped me return the core for my deposit back.
