When I reported the damage, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

When I asked for her assistance, she was extremely rude and actually rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, she was muttering rude comments under her breath while "helping" us. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. I already called the hotline two weeks ago to report this incident and explicitly asked for my membership to be canceled because of her behavior. Despite being told it wouldn’t renew, the company charged me anyway. Between the poor customer service from Mikeyla and the billing issues, I’m done. Avoid this place if you expect to be treated with basic respect.
