  The manager in the truck rental half of the store was extremely helpful and prompt. I spent no time waiting. He got me what I needed and made sure I was good. His staff were completely professional and nice at the same time. From the phone call to me getting there, the customer service was exceptional. If need to I will be using this location again.

  This place is a vibe the moment we walked in straight service. Hi can I help you. They was right on point. They asked you. Would you like any refreshments while you're waiting. It's just a whole vibe. It's real cool. You definitely will be going back

  Wasting my time. Complete waste of time. Not old enough to rent so I bring someone who is ( doesn't own a credit card) so they can rent it out. Why don't you say this over the phone? I asked if age was the only requirement. Ridiculous

  Great experience overall. The process was smooth and the truck was clean and ready on time. Dillion was a huge help—he was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely rent from here again. 👍
