  They have the best customer experience. I personally was impressed on how friendly the staff was, sales person who was taking care of my purchase (Bre) is a really great and friendly guy very polite and helpful!! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

  On 8/30/2025 I purchased a 2022 Mercedes Benz GLB from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro, CA putting $5,000 down. Within the week I had to take the car in to the shop for rattling when the AC was on. Turns out something was installed backwards. Within the second week the Apple Car Play started failing. I took it to the dealership, one of the gentleman came out and did a quick troubleshooting (deleted devices and added back). Fast forward to March 2026, Car play has FAILED. I take the vehicle for an oil change and find that the engine is failing, including an engine oil leak, coolant system failing. While trying to establish the validity of the warranty and find a good shop for the repairs the car has shut off in traffic twice, continues to run hot and the breaks are going out already. I have spent $600 on a rental car. I have reached out to San Leandro several times and spoke with Boris. The last of which he offered a discount on the rental which still totaled $600 for how long I will need the rental. I asked explicitly to speak with a Regional Manager about surrendering the vehicle and submitted an online complaint more than three weeks ago and no one is responding. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. And by the list of other complaints I’m not the first person sold a vehicle that they claim has been through a rigorous “certification” and inspection and the ENGINE is failing months later.

  Oh yeah this place is a whole vibe from start to finish. And the manager they're so cool. One thing I like about him. He was not shucking and jiving. He kept it 100. What you need, what you don't need about business. Definitely will be going back and sending other people there for business as well.

  The financial part of the deal was great. Easy to make it work. But the car...dirty(even after I told them to wash it), missing floor mats, air bag light turned on 2 days later, and a rear left tire leak. I called them about these things, and they said they would take care of it. Didn't hear from them again. Typical salespeople; sell, and move on to the next deal. Need to FOCUS on the vehicles!

  We had a smooth time purchasing a car today at Enterprise Car Sales. We know specifically what we were looking for, but still had a few questions. Yousef answered the questions and set us up with our test drive. It was no pressure. We had pre-approved credit from our credit union. Yousef worked with the credit union staff and we had the paperwork done in about 30 minutes. Super smooth. Final note, we noticed an area inside the car that needed to be cleaned and Yousef took the time to take care of those spots before handing us the keys to the car. Great no pressure experience.
