  We had our 2022 volvo towed to marin volvo because of a fuel pump issue. It took 6 weeks for them to figure out the issue, then they messed with the programming and the head lights no longer turn with the road and the center screen has changed. They claim they didn't do anything to the system but things have definitely changed! Not happy with there service at all.

  I posted the original review in February 2025. After they called me, I took down the post, believing they would resolve the issue. They did not. Instead, they sent me a partial refund—only 70% of the full price I paid for the load bar. They claimed the deduction accounted for the interest over the lease period, an amount I found unacceptable. This is because the deduction is equivalent to a double-digit APR, which is much higher than the actual APR for my lease. I refused to deposit the check they sent. I informed them I would wait until the end of the lease and expected a full refund at that time, but they refused my request. —---------- Original review: Lease Agreement Issue: I leased an XC90 with a load bar from this dealer on December 14, 2024. After 3 months (and counting), they have neither installed the load bar nor refunded its cost, despite my requests. I'm still paying monthly for a load bar that I can't use. If you still see this post, this issue remains unresolved, and I will provide an update when it changes. I leased a Volvo XC90 and agreed to pay extra for a load bar. However, two months later, after multiple inquiries, I was told the load bar was unavailable. My ski season had ended, so I requested a refund. Despite numerous contacts with the salesperson and parts department, no one took responsibility for the refund. The salesperson initially agreed to resolve the issue but has now stopped responding to my messages.

  Loved our experience here!! Huge thank you to to John Li and Idris!! We didn’t expect to walk out with new keys in hand, but they made it happen. Traded in my much needing some TLC 2010 Acura to something safer / bigger for my baby. Walked away with a 2019 Volvo with low mileage and a great deal.
