  I hit a deep pothole on Hesperian Blvd right in front of Bayfair Mall, which flattened the tire on my 2025 Mazda 3. This Goodyear was the nearest shop, so I pulled in hoping for help. Instead, I was met with cold-blooded opportunism. I was handed Quote #0000001005 for $533.54 for a single tire. They quoted the Bridgestone Turanza EL440 at $392.99—nearly double what this tire retails for at any honest shop. When I pointed out that the price was excessive and way over market value, the response from the employee, wasn’t anger or hostility, but a total, cold indifference to my situation. Knowing I was stranded on a Saturday afternoon with a flat, I was told simply that I could drive to wherever I saw a cheaper price, or he would call a tow truck to have my car removed from their lot . There was no attempt to be reasonable; it was a "pay our ransom or get out" ultimatum delivered to someone in a vulnerable position. To suggest to call a tow truck to a stranded motorist for not agreeing to pay a price-gouged quote is predatory. I will file a formal complaints with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and Goodyear Corporate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.

  This Goodyear tire shop was a huge letdown. The pricing is outrageously expensive, far above what other shops charge for the same services. Customer service was awful—rude, dismissive, and not transparent. Even worse, the work on my car felt unreliable and left me with little confidence that it was done correctly. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.

  I had a great experience at Good Year. Mike was very professional and helpful and he greeted me right away, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Angel was the technician who took care of my vehicle, and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and even shared some helpful information about my vehicle that I didn’t know. I truly appreciate the quick, professional service and will definitely recommend this place to others. Loved the experience!

  I don't know shit about cars, I also haven't driven my car around enough to know if it's completely fixed yet and not going to have problems, however... something drastic happened with my brakes, the rotors and a caliber or whatever it was it got so bad that as I was driving, I had to drive on the wrong side of the road of East 14th against traffic to make that left and go into the shop because my car was not going to make it all the way up to do the u turn. They immediately attend it to me. All of them are nice. No nonsense & straightforward. Helped me instantly. Called me right away to tell me all of the problems within like 20 minutes to let me know the price and if I wanted to proceed . Gave me a free estimate by the way . Showed me the problem before I left. Had my car done within a few hours. It wasn't cheap. I am very frugal with my money. I have no idea how much this should cost or what is or is it wrong with my car so I can't attest for that. But what I can say is they were very prompt and I appreciate that. So unless I have further problems with the same issue and I don't think I will, five stars for this place and the fact that I can get up tomorrow and go to work with no problem because I can't stand getting rides with people or Uber. Oh, and let's not forget the two year warranty that they're giving me as well so it must be legit. I highly recommend this place and will go back here or if I need anything else.

  The best place to get your vehicle serviced in the Bay Area. The service manager Arturo and store manager Mike are always glad to help with my services. They take care of my vehicles and notify me of any discounts that are currently available or coming up. Highly recommend everyone stop by for there services.
