This review is based on the vehicle itself. I rent vehicles regularly and and all the vehicles I have rented are very comfortable and I am satisfied with the vehicle. Unfortunately, this rental was a 2024 Nissan Roque with only above 48,000 miles (I have rented the same SUV at another Enterprise location and it was a really good ride) but this vehicle ran very rough and shifted hard. It was not an ideal rental comparable to the other vehicles I have rented

The agent had to help them, so we just waited. We got charged an extra day when though we were on time at the time. He checked us in at 3:06 Pm. Extra $50 and refused to help

Worse was when I called road service after being pulled over for no tail lights, two women on I15 dark, not much traffic, we were told to go to the nearest airport to exchange. No help on where that could be. We drove over 80 miles with no tail lights. Shame on Enterprise. I have all my proof and will be suing you. So you get -10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
