    When Frankie the sells consultant answered the phone I knew he was going to really help me. I could hear the authenticity in his voice. Frankie is a no-nonsense person and will work very hard to get you the car you want. And the Manager Dru works right along side him to get the work done properly and it was not a all day thing. I was in at around 12.pm and out by 3:pm. And they celebrated me🥳

    We had a professional and friendly time with the staff. Everyone was very helpful. We got clear and honest answers to all of our questions. Time well spent with Nathaneil and Dur Rock. Oh yes we got a great auto from from a professional group of persons.

    From start to finish the buying process was easy. Super friendly staff. Yousef Nasser was very accommodating, and the staff made a point to introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable. He showed me several cars in my price range and didn't even blink when I wanted to take a second spin in the car I eventually purchased. I went in pre=approved and the financing was seamless. Terms were clearly laid out. I loved photoshoot and "celebration" at the end. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone.

    Excellent service the supervisor and my rep Rafael are very helpful they stay with me all the to the end till I bought the the car ..you can't resist on buying car from this company because the employees are very convincing I'll do it again if need another car ..thank you enterprise from San leandro you guys are awesome...

    I have tried patiently to make an actual appointment there, but they treat women not seriously, that is, women who come in alone, without a husband. I texted my previous contact there several times on several weekends, but he has taken his time responding to me until it’s too late in the day to get anything done. Then he claimed to be busy, passed me off to another salesman, and gave him the wrong information about me! The customer shouldn’t be put in a position of having to beg for an appointment. Enterprise used to be fabulous at customer service; apparently, no longer.
