  I went to auto zone in hopes of someone to help me replace my gas cap. I went to O’reilly in San Lorenzo right beforehand and they told me I would have to replace the whole gas tank and could not just buy the cap, but it was only the cap that would no longer tighten to close which caused a check engine light. I asked Daniel, the manager at San Leandro Auto Zone if he could please help me replace my gas cap. He was such a good guy and very helpful. He actually replaced it for me and reset my check engine lights. I even offered him a Starbucks as a thank you but he wouldn’t accept only give him a review. I really appreciate him and grateful for his willingness to help. I will definitely recommend going to auto zone.

  Emmanuel was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us. He was kind, patient, and thoughtful. He was extremely professional throughout our interaction. I will definitely come back to this store because of him.

  Had a Toyota Prius 12v battery die out this morning, Jordan and Tim were very helpful to kickstart the battery, have us bring it in and replace it quickly all in less than an hour. Also answered questions that I had.
