  Provide pick up and return ride. Gave credit for later Sat return hours. Easy to work with and professional.

  Relative was denied a car do to wrongfully bring on a do not rent status. Ruined their vacation over incompetence and Enterprise never mentioned anything when car was reserved Just incredibly incompetent and horrible service. Stay away from this place. By the way I see that you always refer the reviewers to customer service as a follow up (which is a unprofessional and cowardly way to respond and avoid answering the issue) -- *When I got a response they said to follow up to customer service and didnt even read my review. STAY FAR AWAY AND DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
