By the way I see that you always refer the reviewers to customer service as a follow up (which is a unprofessional and cowardly way to respond and avoid answering the issue) -- *When I got a response they said to follow up to customer service and didnt even read my review. STAY FAR AWAY AND DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
