  They have a dead end phone tree system. I wanted an answer to a simple yes or now question before scheduling an appointment and went somewhere else because I couldn’t speak to a human. The person or vendor who designed their phone system should be fired because I am probably not the only biz they have lost as a result of this.

  The easiest car related repair service I've ever experienced. It's so convenient being able to schedule online, have a technician come to you, hand over your keys, and walk away. I had received multiple confirmations by text and email. I was notified who my technician was and received a call from him to confirm time window. Christopher was friendly, polite, and got the job done within the time frame he estimated. Everything went smoothly and required very little effort on my end.

  I had a 9 am appointment (scheduled a week in advance) on march 25, got there 20 minutes early got checked in and car was into the bay for repairs in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later the tech comes out and informed me they ordered the wrong part. Now understand a car windshield is tied to the VIN number so when you order the part, it’s tied to all the safety features of the vehicle. They obviously didn’t check the part when they received it or picked it up. I questioned the tech and he gave me a lame excuse, pretty poor. I live in Morgan Hill and it took an hour to get there in commute traffic. No apologies just excuses. When I got home I tried looking for their phone number, guess what, can’t find it anywhere. I called Safelite customer care and asked them to get me their phone number, guess what, they couldn’t find it either. To top out the insult, they charged my credit card the deductible and didn’t provide the service. Extremely poor customer service and no apologies. Choose a different location.
